中学信息技术教学的评价，一直以来困扰和制约着信息技术课教学水平的提高，而有效的评价方式既能提高教师的教学水平，又能使学生真正获得信息技术的基础知识和掌握实际操作，提高综合能力。根据多年信息技术教学实践，笔者认为应注重以下几方面的评价策略。

一、教师要有评价意识，巧用激励性的语言，及时的评价学生

与其他课程教学相比，信息技术课程的教学，更具有实践性、学生的参与性、创造性和协作性，尤其是实践性、创新性，更为突出，显示了中学信息技术课教学的特殊性。新课程需要信息技术教师有更好的专业技能和课堂驾驭能力。一方面要对信息技术教师进行课堂教学评价，这样就有助于教师对自己的课堂教学进行监控，让教师清楚自己在课堂教学中的优势与不足，做到扬长避短，从而改进教学方法，提高教学效果。另一方面，在信息技术教学中还要注重对学生的评价。

有关教育心理学表明：学生的兴趣源于学习实践。因此，在实践中培养与发展学生的兴趣，有助于学生对信息技术课的认识和喜爱。

二、善于利用课堂作品，评价学生的学习行为

信息技术的课堂教学，就是要让学生在实践中去激发兴趣，由兴趣催生学生的创作激情。而其创作的作品，要尽可能多给其展示的机会，在展示中让学生对自己作品制作过程或问题解决的过程进行解释，而教师要善于根据不同的作品，采用灵活的评价方式及时进行评价，更主要的是还要突出学生这个主体，就是要让学生采用互评、自评的方式进行评价。其实，评价过程是一次学生进一步有效地学习的过程。在展示过程中，要求其他所有学生一边认真听讲，一边按评价标准为作品打分，学生作品成绩由三部分构成（班级同学平均分、自己评分、教师评分）全体学生为其打分的平均分、自评得分、教师评分）。作品展示的过程也是学生能力展示的过程，在展示中，全班同学对所有作品进行反复修改，力求做得最好，作品展示实际上是一次同学间相互学习、相互交流的机会，作品展示是人文知识与信息技术知识的交汇。

3.2事故环境风险分析
3.2.1化学品泄露、火灾影响分析
车间底漆、面漆、稀释剂等等化学品若发生泄漏，泄漏液体流到地面形成液池，遇到火源燃烧而成池火。该项目的环评报告预测结果表明，外国语学校最大落地浓度为6.7mg/m3，超标22.3倍，且10分钟后泄露经处理后污染即可消除，事故情况下二甲苯落地浓度小于大鼠吸入最低中毒浓度(TDL0为19mg/m3。由于油桶规模仅30L，二甲苯外泄量很小，对周边大气环境影响较小，不会影响身体健康。

3.2.2废水处理站故障影响分析
若厂区废水处理系统出现故障，废水未经预处理直接至七里店污水处理厂，势必会增加污水处理厂处理系统的污染负荷。
厂区废水产生量为30m3/d，废水处理站设置一座500m3的调节池，在故障情况下，可以采取停机、回流、堵截等措施不使未经处理的废水进入管网。3.2.3废气处理设施失效影响分析
根据该项目的环评报告，事故状态下（废气未经任何处理），各工序排气管排放的污染物最大落地浓度贡献值均能达标，但调漆、喷漆工序PM10最大占标率达51.64%，二甲苯最大占标率达91.4%；流平、烘干工序二甲苯最大占标率达39.17%，对环境空气影响较大。在事故工况下，各保护目标处污染物的小时浓度贡献值依然可以满足标准要求，但浓度增加较为明显，叠加环境值后，漓佳金属有限公司生活区二甲苯、非甲烷总烃占标率最大，为93.8%和8.3%。不会对周边人群健康产生较大影响，处于可接受水平。3.2.4危险废弃物泄露影响分析
危险废弃物若在储运过程中出现泄漏、倾倒等，外排至环境中可能会对土壤、地表水造成污染，存在一定的环境风险。3.3企业应急能力评估
（1）应急队伍建设
企业已成立突发环境事件应急救援指挥部，由公司总经理、副总经理分别担任总指挥和副总经理担任。公司应急指挥部下设五个小组及十一个分队，应急组织机构基本完备。
（2）现有应急物资、装备能力
从企业应急装备及物资现状来看，企业应急物资相对完善，详见表3-3。但需进一步提高相关的应急能力：
①增加危废仓及化学品仓库门前弧形围堰，防止化学品的泄露。
②合理放置应急物资，在危废仓及化学品仓库放置砂土、铲及编制袋，用于收容、围堵相关化学品泄露。
